POUND Rock Out Workout
Mark and Cristina are in for a special workout today as they are joined by the creators of the "POUND Rock Out Workout," Kirsten Potenza and Cristina Peerenboom. Kirsten and Cristina are both recreational drummers who wanted to create a group fitness program that would mimic a drumming jam session.
