Tim Matheson Interview
The actor sits down with Debbie and fill-in co-host, Matt Iseman to talk about the premiere of his new film, “Killing Reagan,” which airs Sunday 8/7c on National Geographic Channel. He plays the title role in the movie and Cynthia Nixon plays his wife, Nancy. Home & Family surprises Tim with an adorable clip from when he played the 12-year-old neighbor in “Leave it the Beaver.”
BBQ Brisket
Kevin Budso of Bludso’s BBQ is making some delicious brisket outside wth a smoker. He gives some tips on how to cook the perfect brisket, including cooking it in indirect heat of the smoke. When making your own brisket, he recommends seasoning it with salt and pepper and place the meat in the smoker fat side up. He also shows you how to make his famous BBQ sauce.

The author visits Home & Family to talk about her Aurora Teagarden Mystery books and the upcoming Hallmark Movies & Mystery movie, “The Julius House: An Aurora Teagarden Mystery,” which premieres October 16th, at 9/8c. If you watch closely, Charlaine says she even has a small cameo in the movie, along with her husband.
