Dr. Prudence Hall is sitting down with Home & Family to talk about menopause, a subject that Kym has a lot of questions about. The doctor explains that menopause happens when women stop producing essential hormones. Some symptoms talked about are blood sugar, cholesterol, and stress & inflammation increase. She also talks about hormone replacement therapy and biodenticals.

The actor opens up to Debbie and Mark about his Freeform series, “Pretty Little Liars,” which airs Tuesdays at 8/7c. He jokes that his first day on the set involved an intense love scene in an elevator. Nicholas is joined by his wife who is asked how she felt about that love scene. She says that it goes with the territory when you are married to an actor and she is very supportive of his career. Since it is the couple’s first holiday together as Mr. and Mrs., Home & Family present them with their own Christmas ornament.
