Ingredients
INGREDIENTS:
- Two cans of condensed milk
- 23 ounces of chocolate chips
- 1 bag of wrapped caramels
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/4 of a cup of sugar
- 4 ounces of sliced almonds
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla

DIRECTIONS:
- Line a 9 x 9 pan with parchment paper and also line a sheet tray with parchment paper
- Mix butter sugar and almonds in a pan and cook until it’s nice and golden (medium heat)
- Lay the almonds flat on parchment paper-lined sheet tray so they can get firm like candy
- In a pot begin to heat condensed milk and chocolate chips and stir it until it becomes nice and smooth it may take a few minutes
- Add in the vanilla and remove from heat
- Pour half of the chocolate in the 9x9 pan and smear it out to where it covers the entire bottom
- Unwrap caramels and melt them in the microwave with 3 tablespoons of heavy cream until nice and smooth
- Pour the caramel on the first layer of the chocolate evenly then immediately after add the remaining chocolate on top
- Add candied almonds on the top smash it down a little bit with a spatula covered up and put it in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours
