Tofu Rice
Actress and singer Olivia Newton-John is preparing a delicious treat that happens to be completely vegan, as well.


  • 2 ½  T. Olive Oil
  • 1 Large Yellow Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 3 Carrots, Thinly Sliced
  • 3 Celery Stalks, Thinly Sliced
  • ¾ Lb. Firm Silken Tofu, Cut Into ¾ Inch Dice
  • 4 Ripe Tomatoes, Diced
  • Bragg Liquid Aminos, To Taste
  • Steamed Brown Rice, To Serve
  • Steamed Broccoli, To Serve  


1) Heat Oil In Large Saucepan Over Medium-High Heat

2) Add Onion And Cook For 5 Minutes, Or Until Onion Softens

3) Add Carrots And Celery And Cook 5 – 7 Minutes, Or Until Softened.

4) Add Tofu And Tomatoes To The Pan And Cook Gently, Uncovered, For About 15 Minutes Or Until Veggies Are Tender.

Season With Bragg Liquid Aminos To Taste.

Serve With Steamed Brown Rice And Steamed Broccoli.
