The Ginger Rabbit Cocktail
A refreshing cocktail from Chef Vikki Krinsky.


  • 1/2 cup freshly sliced ginger
  • 4 slices of an orange
  • 1-2 T maple syrup
  • 3 ounces fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 C of soda water
  • Rim the glass with caster sugar

In a pint glass: muddle ginger, oranges, and 1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup (to your desired sweetness) together. Fill glass with ice. Add lemon juice and shake. Add 1/2 cup of sparkling or soda water and stir. Strain into a chilled martini glass that has been rimmed with caster sugar.
