- 1 bunch curly leafed kale
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2) Wash and rinse kale. Pull leaves off stem and tear into medium pieces. Place kale in mixing bowl.
3) Add olive oil and apple cider vinegar to kale, toss to coat well. 3.) Lay kale in single-layer on parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes, until crispy. Set aside to cool.
