Ingredients:
- 1 cup watermelon
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- Raw coconut water (amount depends on the size of the jar)
- 2 tsp chia seeds
Steps:
- Roughly chop the watermelon and place in a mason jar.
- Crush Rosemary sprigs with pestle and mortar and place in mason jar.
- Add coconut water.
- Add Stevia to taste.
- Add Chia (optional for a great Omega 3 boost). Optional: "Oxylent" vitamin packets.
