Dr. Brian Boxer Wachler is showing you a variety of smoothies you can make at home to help improve your eye health.
Ingredients
WIDE-EYED MORNING SMOOTHIE:
- 8 oz Coconut Water
- 1 cup Cubed Pineapple
- 1 Orange deseeded
- 1 Carrot chopped
- 1 cup Kale
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1 hard-boiled egg
EYE MONKEY AROUND SMOOTHIE:
- 2 Bananas
- ½ Avocado
- 2 tbsp Greek style yogurt
- 10 oz Organic Almond Milk (cold)
- 2 - 3 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 2 - 4 tbsp Honey
EYE DEFENSE SMOOTHIE:
- Flaxseed Oil
- 10 oz Almond Milk
- ½ cup Oats
- 1 cup Spinach
- 2 tbsp Cottage Cheese
- 1 tbsp Spirulina
- 2-3 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 2 – 4 tbsp Honey
- 1 Banana
- 6 Large Strawberries
- 1 cup Cubed Pineapple
- Soak oats overnight in Almond milk prior to making smoothie
