Dr. Brian Boxer Wachler is showing you a variety of smoothies you can make at home to help improve your eye health.
INGREDIENTS:

WIDE-EYED MORNING SMOOTHIE:

  • 8 oz Coconut Water
  • 1 cup Cubed Pineapple
  • 1 Orange deseeded
  • 1 Carrot chopped
  • 1 cup Kale
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 hard-boiled egg

EYE MONKEY AROUND SMOOTHIE:

  • 2 Bananas
  • ½ Avocado
  • 2 tbsp Greek style yogurt
  • 10 oz Organic Almond Milk (cold)
  • 2 - 3 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 2 - 4 tbsp Honey

EYE DEFENSE SMOOTHIE:

  • Flaxseed Oil
  • 10 oz Almond Milk
  • ½ cup Oats
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 2 tbsp Cottage Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Spirulina
  • 2-3 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 2 – 4 tbsp Honey
  • 1 Banana
  • 6 Large Strawberries
  • 1 cup Cubed Pineapple
  • Soak oats overnight in Almond milk prior to making smoothie
