  • 1/3 cup Brown Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Mustard Powder
  • 2/3 cup Hard Cider
  • 1 tbs Honey
  • 1 tbs Cider Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Salt

1. Crush the seeds in a grinder

2. Mix with powder

3. Stir beer, honey together, add to the mustard mixture

4. Let sit for 8 minutes

5. Stir in vinegar and salt

6. Pour into jar and put in fridge overnight
