1) Bring a small pot of water to boil, add salt.
2) Toss in your dried pasta.
3) Allow water to come up to a simmer.
4) Stir a few times to make sure the noodles aren’t sticking to each other or the pot. Put a lid on the pot and shut off the heat.
5) Cook pasta for directed amount of time (normally 10-12 minutes). Drain and save starchy water for sauce.
