Ingredients:
- 2 ½ lbs ground turkey
- 1 ½ cup "thicker" wing sauce - MILD (Ralphs brand is what I use. It's amazing)
- ½ cup thinner wing sauce- MEDIUM OR SPICY (the zero calorie kind)
- ¾ cup reduced calorie cream cheese
- 2 Tbl pepperocini juice
Recipe:
Cook the ground turkey till it's not pink. Drain the water out of the pan. Add the sauces, cream cheese, and pepper juice. Cook till "creamy".

Serve 3 ways
NACHO STYLE! - pour over a bed of chips. Add 2% cheese over the top. Put in the oven till cheese is melted. Add black beans on top.
HEALTHY STYLE - put it over a bed of lettuce. Top with black beans, corn, salsa, and a dollop of reduced fat sour cream.
SUPER HEALTHY STYLE - By itself with a handful of baked tortilla chips sprinkled over the top.
