Morning Harvest Cookie
A recipe from Mya Zoracki.

Ingredients (Mix and Set Aside)

  • 1 cup unbleached flour
  • 1 1/2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter room temperature
  • 1/4 cup pure cane granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/8 cup Honey


Make sure all wet ingredients are evenly blended.

Add flour to wet Ingredients- Just until combined, do not overmix.

Add Extras: Do not overmix (Optional)

1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup chocolate chunks
1/4 cup chopped unsalted almonds

Scoop same size portions onto parchment-lined tray

Refrigerate dough at least 1 hour (up to 24 hours) before or after scooping

Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes
