DIRECTIONS:
Lemon Ginger Tea:
- Add lemon and ginger slices into a pot and let it steep in hot water.
- The longer you steep it, the more flavor packed and nutrient dense it will be. For a softer flavor, cut a small piece of ginger put it in your cup with some lemon and pour hot water.
Additions:
• Garlic (anti-inflammatory and immune system boost)
• Cayenne pepper (add with garlic, helps break up phlegm)
• Fresh grated turmeric (anti-inflammatory and antioxidant)
