Ingredients
For Crepes
- 2 cups All purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk (3%)
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbs melted butter
- 2 tbs white sugar
- pinch sea salt
- 1 tsp real vanilla extract
- vegetable oil for cooking (only 1 tbs)
- maple syrup (for drizzling)
For Filling
- large carton of whipping cream
- 2 tbs powdered sugar
- 1 tsp real vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix the flour, milk, eggs, butter, sugar salt and vanilla extract together
- Let rest for at least 30 minutes
- Pour into crepe pan and allow to cook for 1-2 minutes
- Remove and fill with whipped cream or filling of your choice
- Drizzle with maple syrup
