Kale Beet Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups finely chopped dino kale
- 2 cups romaine lettuce
- 1 beet (spiraled)
- 2 cups chopped apple
- 1 cup toasted walnuts
- Champagne vinaigrette dressing
Directions
1. Strip and chop kale.
2. Chop romaine lettuce.
3. Spiral whole beet.
4. Chop apple.
5. Mix kale, romaine and dressing together.
6. Add apple, walnuts and spiraled beet on top.
