Ingredients
- 1 tbsp coconut milk
- ½ banana, mashed
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup eggs
- 1 ¼ mixed berries
- 1 scoop alaya naturals whey protein powder
- Coconut oil spray
DIRECTIONS:
- Mash banana with milk
- Place all ingredients in bowl and mix well
- Spray a pan with coconut oil spray and heat over medium-low before pouring in the batter. Cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side. Top with fresh berries and enjoy.
