Ingredients

Ingredients for the Cozy Fire Cocktail

  • 2 ounces spiced rum
  • 3/4 ginger syrup
  • 2 dashes orange bitters

Recipe for the Tiger's Eye Cocktail

  • 2 ounces Vodka
  • 1/2 ounce Cointreau
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • 1 orange peel for garnish

Directions for the Cozy Fire Cocktails

1. Bring the ginger syrup ingredients to boil in a saucepan, then remove from heat and cool

2. Stir all ingredients briefly in a mixing glass with ice to chill

3. Strain into a rocks glass with a single large ice cube

Directions for the Tiger's Eye Cocktail

1. Shake all the ingredients, except the orange peel, in a shaker with ice

2. Strain into a champagne saucer and, if desired, flame the orange peel over the top
