Ingredients
Recipe - for the smoothie blend together:
- 1 scoop peanut butter powder
- 1 cup nonfat greek yogurt
- 1 cored apple
- ½ frozen banana
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 1 cup spinach
Ingredients for the broccoli soup:
- 1 bag frozen broccoli
- 1/2 chicken bouillon cube
- 4 thumb-size pieces of aged cheddar cheese
Directions for the soup:
- Steam the broccoli in 3 cups of water for 8 minutes
- Add broccoli to the blender
- Add the bouillon cube
- Add the cheese
- Blend and serve
