  • 10 chicken drumlets - meat pulled up bone
  • 1 package of Hak's Caribbean Jerk One Pot Sauce
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toss the drumlets in 3/4 of the contents of the sauce, reserving a quarter for later. Season with salt and pepper. Place in oven to roast for 25-30 minutes until golden. In the meantime, reduce the remainder of sauce in pan by half to use for finishing glaze. Remove wings from oven, brush with glaze, and garnish with cilantro.
