  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (in blender already)
  • 2 tsp of turmeric powder (or more…taste to liking)
  • 3 tbsp of hemp seeds or protein powder of your choice
  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 2 medjool dates (pitted)
  • 2 tsp grated fresh ginger (or more)
  • 2 bananas (freeze unpeeled the night before)
  • 4 cubes of ice (or more)
