- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (in blender already)
- 2 tsp of turmeric powder (or more…taste to liking)
- 3 tbsp of hemp seeds or protein powder of your choice
- 2 tbsp of chia seeds
- 2 medjool dates (pitted)
- 2 tsp grated fresh ginger (or more)
- 2 bananas (freeze unpeeled the night before)
- 4 cubes of ice (or more)
