- 2 cups quartered brussels sprouts
- 1/2 cup red grapes halved
- 1 cup shaved pecorino
- 1/8 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup picked parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sherry vinegar
- Olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
- Quarter the Brussel sprouts
- Fry them at 350 degrees for 60-75 seconds or until golden brown
- Take it out of the fryer/dutch oven
- Mix with salt, sherry, pecorino cheese, grapes and serve
