Fried Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 2 cups quartered brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 cup red grapes halved
  • 1 cup shaved pecorino
  • 1/8 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup picked parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sherry vinegar
  • Olive oil

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Quarter the Brussel sprouts
  2. Fry them at 350 degrees for 60-75 seconds or until golden brown
  3. Take it out of the fryer/dutch oven
  4. Mix with salt, sherry, pecorino cheese, grapes and serve
