- Sour cream
- Freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Flank steak
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Chopped rosemary
- Basil leaves
- Shaved green onions
1. Combine ½ cup sour cream with ¼ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese and melt down in sauce pan.
2. Cut steak really thin for taco meat, season with garlic powder, onion powder, chopped rosemary, salt, pepper. 3. Turn fire really high on stove and heat olive oil in a skillet, add meat and sauté. 4. Use fresh basil leaves instead of lettuce. 5. Use caramelized lemon instead of limes, cut lemons in half and sear until caramelized. 6. Assemble in tortilla and top with shaved green onions and avocado.
