 Cristina's Butternut Squash Soup Recipe

Spread On Baking Sheet:
• Onions (2 Sliced)
• Scallions (5 Chopped)

Add In:
• Olive Oil (3 Tblsp)
• Kosher Salt (1 Tsp)
• Mix With Hands, Put In Oven (45 Min)
• Until Onions Carmelize
• Slice Roasted Squash In Half
• Scoop Out Seeds
• Scrape Out Flesh Into Pot

Add In:
• Carmelized Onions
• Cinnamon (½ Tsp)
• Cloves (Pinch)
• Grated Nutmeg (¼ Tsp)
• Chicken Stock (2 Qts)
• Dry Sherry (2 Tsp)
• Simmer (30 Min)

Blend Together:
(1 Min At A Time)
• Soup (2 Ladles At A Time)
• Non Or Low Fat Cream Cheese (2 Oz. At A Time)
• Ladle Into Bowls

Spiderweb:
• Make 4 Rings With Balsamic Glaze (Truffle Balsamic)
• Use Toothpick - Spiderweb

Garnish:
• Pomegranate Seeds (2 Tblsps)
