Reality star Marissa Hermer is preparing this dish and giving you some tips on how to cut the fat.


  • 3 chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
  • 4 dried apricots, finely chopped
  • 1-tablespoon curry powder
  • 1-teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon mango chutney
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablspoon finely chooped cilantro
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 8 slices whole meal or plain bread
  • 4 leaves baby romaine lattuce

1) In a large bowl, combine the chicken, apricots, curry, ginger, chutney, mayo, yogurt, and coriander

2) Divide the chicken mixture onto 4 slices of bread. Top with the lettuce & remaining bread slices. Trim the edges then cut each into 4 fingers
