Author Chris Wark is making a refreshing and nutritious smoothie that will give you 8 servings of fruits and vegetables!
- 2 cups frozen organic mixed berries = 4 servings
- 1 cup of spinach or kale = 1 serving
- 1 banana or 4 dates = 1 serving
- 1/2 cup of almonds or walnuts (or both) = 2 servings
1. Blend in water until desired consistency is reached. That’s 8 servings of fruits and veggies. Also, 1/2 cup of cauliflower could be added too!
