Ingredients:
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter; room temperature
- 2 cups peanut butter
- 3 cups Rice Krispies; crushed
- 1 pound candy coating chocolate; milk or dark will work
Directions:
- Cream butter and peanut butter together
- Add powdered sugar
- Add in Krispies
- Mix until well combined
- Scoop out and roll into about 1 inch balls
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours
- Once chilled melt the chocolate by placing it in a bowl over a pot of simmering water (also known as a double boiler) being careful the water isn't touching the bowl
- Use a fork to dip the cold bon bons into the chocolate
- Tap the fork on the side of the bowl to remove excess chocolate
- Place on a sheet of wax paper to set up
- Let balls chill for at least 2 hours
