Carob Coffee
Shirley Bovshow is introducing you to ways to make your own coffee using carob nibs.
Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups Roasted Chicory
  • ⅔ cups Roasted Dandelion Root
  • ⅔ cups Carob Nibs
  • 1 Tb to 8 oz water or 4 Tb to 16 oz water for strong brew

Directions

1. Add ingredients to a kettle, and then add the water.

2. Allow it to work up to a rolling boil for a minute, and then let the coffee simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

3. After it has simmered, strain the coffee, and enjoy!
