Campfire Banana Split:
1 Banana, unpeeled
1 tbls peanut butter 15 chocolate chips 1. Create a pocket in the banana by slicing it lengthwise down to the bottom peel, but not through it. 2. Fill the slot with peanut butter and chocolate chips. Wrap the banana in aluminum foil and toss in the campfire embers. 3. Cook until peanut butter and chocolate chips have melted, about 5 minutes. Carefully remove from the fire and cool slightly before eating. 4. Add a scoop of ice cream and your favorite sundae toppings!

3ozs Lemon Juice 10 Mint Leaves 10 Raspberries 1 1/2 tsp Dark Brown Sugar 2ozs White Rum Combine lemon juice, mint, raspberries and sugar in a cocktail shaker. Muddle until the raspberries are crushed and the mint is fragrant. Add rum and a small handful of ice cubes. Shake for about 2 minutes, until the ice cubes melt a little. Strain into a glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and mint leaves.
