Celebrity fitness trainer Cameron Byrne's smoothie is perfect, pre-workout meal.
Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250 mL of almond milk
  • One mango medium
  • One Chia seed white or black teaspoon
  • One banana

DIRECTIONS:

1. Place all ingredients in a blender with ice

2. Blend until all ingredients are combined.

3. Serve in glass and enjoy!
