Celebrity fitness trainer Cameron Byrne's smoothie is perfect, pre-workout meal.
Ingredients
- 250 mL of almond milk
- One mango medium
- One Chia seed white or black teaspoon
- One banana
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender with ice
2. Blend until all ingredients are combined.
3. Serve in glass and enjoy!
