- 3-4 leaves Romaine lettuce
- 1 cup baby croutons
- 6 pieces prosciutto
- 1 cup baby arugula
- 3 rice paper sheets, warmed
Ingredients for Dressing
- 1/4 cup of mayo
- 1 teaspoon parmesan cheese
- 2 anchovies
Directions
1) Place ingredients in food processor and blend.
2) Assembling rolls:
3) Place romaine, prosciutto and arugula on warmed rice sheet.
Drizzle Caesar dressing and roll.
4) Cut into small 3/4 in length bites.
5) Garnish with croutons.
