Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 3-4 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup baby croutons
  • 6 pieces prosciutto
  • 1 cup baby arugula
  • 3 rice paper sheets, warmed

Ingredients for Dressing

  • 1/4 cup of mayo
  • 1 teaspoon parmesan cheese
  • 2 anchovies

Directions

1) Place ingredients in food processor and blend.
2) Assembling rolls:
3) Place romaine, prosciutto and arugula on warmed rice sheet. Drizzle Caesar dressing and roll.
4) Cut into small 3/4 in length bites.
5) Garnish with croutons.
