  • ½ cup Mascarpone cheese
  • ½ cup Apricot preserves
  • 2 cups blackberries
  • 8 frozen waffles, thawed

Blackberry Grilled Cheese - Home & Family

Directions

1) Preheat panini press on medium heat

2) Arrange 4 waffles on work surface

3) Spread 2 tablespoons mascarpone and 2 tablespoons preserves on each

4) Arrange ½ c blackberries on each in a single layer

5) Top with remaining waffles and press down firmly in panini press

6) Cook about 3 minutes or until warmed through

7) Serve immediately
