Baked Pear with Pistachios & Greek Yogurt

  • 1 Bosc pear, halved and cored

  • 1 tablespoon organic virgin coconut oil, melted
  • Cinnamon to taste

  • 1/2 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios

  • Raw honey

Healthy Grazing Snacks - Home & Family


Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place the pear halves in a glass baking dish. Drizzle with the melted coconut oil and sprinkle with the cinnamon. Bake to the desired softness, 30–40 minutes. Top with the yogurt and pistachios and lightly drizzle with the honey.
