Ingredients:
- 1 cup pitted dates
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ¾ cup whole raw almonds
- 2 brazil nuts (selenium)
- ¾ cup dried apricots
- 2 tbsp organic coconut oil
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
Recipe:
- Mix with a food processor for about 2 min.
- Spread onto baking dish lined w/parchment paper.
- Firmly compress, chill 20 min.
- Cut into 3" squares.
*For variety, add cocoa powder or cinnamon
