A juice to start the new year off right with proper digestion and nutrient absorption.
Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 head celery
  • 1/2 English cucumber
  • 4-5 large kale leaves
  • 2 large handfuls baby spinach
  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 lemon, peeled

INSTRUCTIONS:

MORNING GREEN JUICE:

  • Cut vegetables into 2-3" pieces. Juice according to your machine's instructions.

MORNING WATER WITH LEMON:

  • 8oz glass of warm water
  • 1/2 lemon

Mix water and lemon together.
