- 4-5 large kale leaves
- 2 large handfuls baby spinach
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 lemon, peeled

- Cut vegetables into 2-3" pieces. Juice according to your machine's instructions.
MORNING WATER WITH LEMON:
- 8oz glass of warm water
- 1/2 lemon
