- 3 eggs, beaten lightly
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup corn syrup, light or dark
- 3 tbsp. Butter, melted
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 9-inch pie shell, unbaked
• Preheat oven to 400°F.
• Whisk all of the filling ingredients together until combined.
• Pour the filling into the prepared pie shell and bake for 10 minutes.
• Reduce the oven temperature to 350°f and continue baking for 35- 40 minutes until firm.
• Allow to cool completely before slicing.
