Materials:
- Floral wire
- Tape
- Scissors
- Ribbon
- Glue
- Fresh or silk flowers
Directions:
- Twist 2 floral wires together to make the base of the halo and cover with floral tape (twisting around the wire like a candy cane.)
- Once covered in tape, add flowers, twisting in with more tape one at a time.
- If desired, tie ribbon on the back of the halo.
