Jen Lilley
Actress Jen Lilley sits down with Mark and Debbie to talk about her Hallmark Channel Original Movie, “Harvest Love,” which premieres September 30th at 9/8c. Jen also opens up about child fostering. A year ago she fostered her first child and describes the process of working with the Department of Children and Family services. She gathered a lot of information first and took the classes they offered in preparation.
Endive and Squash Salad

Coach William McQuay is joined by his son, swimmer Michael McQuay and director Lara Stolman, where they talk to Mark and Debbie about “Swim Team,” a film dedicated to helping teach children with autism how to swim. If your child does have autism, it is very important to be patient with them. Find a swim coach or facility in your community that works with autistic children before signing up for swimming lessons.
Nonnie’s Dutch Baby
Debbie is joined by food blogger and author of the cookbook, “Half Baked Harvest,” Tieghan Gerard to make a Dutch Baby. Tieghan calls in using FaceTime and instructs Debbie how to prepare the sweet treat. Before getting started you will need an oven safe cast iron skillet. When done, you can serve your Dutch Baby with whipped cream and fresh fruit and even maple syrup and edible flowers.

DIY Day of the Dead Pumpkins
Hallmark artist Marceli Colato joins Home & Family to get into the Halloween spirit by decorating Day of the Dead pumpkins. Marceli advises you to start your pumpkin with a solid color base and use black paint pens to add shadows and dots. Decorate each pumpkin with flowers of the same color palette and you are done!
