Pine Tree Tea
Shirley Bovshow is showing you how to make your own tea using pine tree needles. When you are done, you can use the needles as mulch for potted plants. Just remove the needles from the branch, cut the brown tip where the needle connects to the branch, rinse and pat dry, cut the needles into small pieces and crush with a spoon to release oils, place in your cup and steep for 15 minutes then enjoy! You can always add honey or lemon, as well.
