Crate Training a Dog
Larissa Wohl is working with Home & Family’s Dana Levitt crate training her new dog, Buddy White. Animal behaviorist Kyle Kittleson also offers his own advice, which includes creating a happy place in the crate, using toys and treats. You should also keep crate doors open to start, so your dog doesn’t feel trapped. Finally, for safety concerns, remove the dog’s collar before they head inside the crate.
