Quinn Lord Interview

The actor is visiting Home & Family to talk about his Hallmark Channel Original Movie, “Date with Love,” which premieres Saturday at 9/8c. The movie is about a shy and awkward teen, played by Quinn, who gets the courage to ask his favorite actress to prom. Quinn even brings a clip of the movie for the audience to enjoy. He opens up about how much fun it was filming the “prom-posal” on video. Quinn has been staying very busy as an actor, aside from “Date with Love,” you can also catch him in Amazon’s drama, “The Main in the High Castle.”

Cristina is in the kitchen ready to cure anybody’s sweet tooth by making a summertime favorite: milkshakes! She starts with a caramel corn milkshake that has real caramel poured on top and coats the cup, as well. She then makes a birthday cake milkshake for the birthday boy, Lawrence Zarian that features frosting and rainbow sprinkles. She recommends serving these milkshakes in smaller glasses so you can control your sugar portion. Everybody sings “Happy Birthday” to Lawrence after Cristina finishes making her milkshakes.

Dorothy Hamill Interview

The Gold Medalist figure skater sits down with Mark and Cristina and opens up about her life after her skating career, including being diagnosed with stage 2 hormone receptor-costive breast cancer in 2007. After surviving her battle, she started educating herself more about breast cancer and created the campaign BeWiser, which provides various treatment information to those with questions. Today, her main focus is getting healthier and stronger and is slowing introducing skating back into her life, which she calls her therapy.
