The stars of Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Original Movie, “Gourmet Detective,” Brooke Burns and Dylan Neal sit down with Mark and Cristina to talk about their new movie. Dylan jokes that in real life he is a terrible cook, but plays a professional food expert in the movie! The two stars later join Cristina in the kitchen to make Shanti's Fattoush Salad. Brooke shares a funny story of how Dylan lit his hair on fire while filming with a blow torch; Home & Family actually has a video of the incident!

Kira is fresh off just shooting her one-hour stand-up special that she performed while pregnant. The comedian also produced the entire show on her own. She also says her own family provides such great material.

She reminds Cristina that the key to baking a chiffon cake is using egg yolk instead of butter. A baker’s trick that Valerie teaches Home & Family is cutting the edges off the cake in order to get a beautiful finishing when she spreads the whipped cream around it.

Matt points out that a lot of them do and are labeled. Also check the pressure gauge every three to five years. Meanwhile, Matt Rogers answers that his family and more particularly his marriage are what he is most proud of.

Laura Nativo is joined by veterinarian Dr. Patrick Mahaney to talk about animal vaccines. They both warn that over vaccinating your pets can cause harm to your dog’s health. She points out that VacciCheck reveals antibodies to viruses for dogs and the whole test will take 30 minutes. Even though it is only available for dogs at the moment, VacciCheck is working on a test for felines, as well. Laura had her own dog, Delilah tested and her immunity is very strong and she doesn’t need vaccinations until the following year.
