Alison Sweeney Bakes
Actress Alison Sweeney stops by and this time she is baking bite-sized blueberry bran muffins. She explains the muffins are healthy and she loves having control of all the ingredients that go into her recipes. She also loves getting her kids involved in the process. These muffins have blueberries which are considered a super food and also bran, which is high in fiber and rich in Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids. Aside from baking, the actress also talks about her new Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Original Movie, “Murder, She Baked: A Deadly Recipe,” which premieres June 19th at 9/8c.

DIY Ruched Dress
Orly Shani is showing you how easy it is to make your own ruched dress using only a dress, needle and thread. The ruched look is designed to have the dress contour the body, adding more shape. Remember, as you scrunch the dress on the side, the length of the dress will shorten. She explains that this dress style is becoming more popular with maternity dresses on celebrities.

Ken is back from vacation and this time he has company, his twins Margo and Flynn, who are making their debut on Home & Family. Today they are making toddler painted t-shirts that will make the perfect gift for Father’s Day. Ken brings a video of the twins having fun with painting the shirts at home. Start with masking tape, to border off the area you are going to paint. Finally, ken recommends limiting the number of colors to create a real artistic look.
