Julie Gonzalo is currently starring in two independent films," How To Pick Your Second Husband First" and the acclaimed "Waffle Street," currently available on Netflix, in which she stars opposite Danny Glover. Most people immediately recognize Julie as Rebecca Sutter from the TNT show “Dallas,” the #1 scripted series premiere on all of cable television in 2012. Additional television credits include “Veronica Mars,” and “Eli Stone,” the Greg Berlanti produced hit series on ABC, for which Julie won the ALMA award for outstanding supporting actress in a drama series.
Julie’s talents are hardly contained to the small screen. On the feature film side, she is also recognized for charismatic roles in such hit movies as "Must Love Dogs," starring Diane Lane and John Cusack; "Christmas with the Kranks," in which she played Jamie Lee Curtis and Tim Allen's characters’ daughter; and the smash comedy, "Dodgeball," in which she played alongside Justin Long as his character’s love interest. Other feature film credits include "Freaky Friday" and "A Cinderella Story."
Originally from Buenos Aires, Julie is fluent in Spanish, helping her land one of the coveted lead roles in Lionsgate's "Ladron Que Roba a Ladron," which garnered one of the highest opening weekends of all time for Spanish language films.
