"Dancing with the Stars" competitors James Maslow and Peta Murgatroyd address rumors claiming they're also a couple off the dance floor. One thing is for sure: after swapping partners for one week, the two are committed to returning to one another for the remainder of the season. The Big Time Rush singer and pro dancer give us a special sneak peek at the salsa they'll perform on Monday night and even invite Mark, Cristina, Debbie, and Ken in on the action.

Fabio Viviani Cooks Grilled Salmon Steak
Fabio Viviani is on a roll in the kitchen with another great recipe. Today, he grills a salmon steak with caramelized brussel sprouts, micro greens, and whole grain mustard vinaigrette. The chef explains how this cut of fish differs from a filet. Fabio teaches us how to avoid making your kitchen smell like sulfur by cooking brussel sprouts fast and at a hot temperature. Then, he makes a green salad to accompany the meal.

Cristina Cooks Easter Ham
Cristina teaches us her technique for scoring ham and why it's best to cut against the grain. She also makes a special paste with mustard and brown sugar that she massages into the ham. Cristina adds madeira wine to the bottom of the pan and pours more over the top when serving. On the side, Cristina adds flaky biscuits.
