The test results are in, proving that purses and shopping bags are infested with bacteria. Environmental microbiologist from Loma Linda University School of Public Health Dr. Ryan Sinclair swabbed Cristina, Sophie Uliano, and Jessie Jane's pocketbooks and Mark's grocery bag earlier this week. Believe it or not, Mark's was off the chart with germs, followed by Jessie, Cristina, and Sophie. Later, he tests Kendra Wilkinson's cell phone and shares tips on how to properly clean our belongings to defend ourselves from infection.
For more information, you can go to Loma Linda University School of Public Health.

Healthy Hair Tips from Sophie Uliano
Eat your way to healthy hair with Sophie Uliano's expert advice. For dry hair, she suggests eating leafy greens and carrots for Vitamin A and C to achieve a lustrious look. If you consider your hair to have a greasy texture, add Omega 3 fatty acids and flaxseeds to your diet by eating salmon, sardines, and pumpkin seeds. Broken and weak hair can be strengthened with more protein from foods such as beans, rice, and nut bars. The iodine found in seaweed and plain yogurt is helpful for prematurely graying hair.
