Self-defense experts Eve Torres, Nelson Nio, and Helen Anzalone-Gordon equip women with the skills needed to protect themselves from attackers. They warn that perpetrators are looking for victims who are easy targets, often those who are oblivious to their surroundings. One line of defense is to think who attackers aren't looking for and strive to be like those people. One such way is to present yourself with confidence and to make eye contact. In the event you are grabbed, Helen, Eve, and Nelson demonstrate techniques women can use to break free and fight back. The three target areas are the eyes, throat, and groin.
