Zuppa Di Clams
Home Cook winner Dina Deleasa-Gonsar is in the kitchen cooking up Zuppa Di Clams, a traditional dish she has with her family around Christmas. She adds carrots to the meal for extra-sweetness. When preparing the clams, she recommends soaking them water for 45 minutes and adding a little flour to the water to draw out the sand.
