Sophie Uliano's Homemade Vitamin Water

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup watermelon
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • Raw coconut water (amount depends on the size of the jar)
  • 2 tsp chia seeds

Steps:

  1. Roughly chop the watermelon and place in a mason jar.
  2. Crush Rosemary sprigs with pestle and mortar and place in mason jar.
  3. Add coconut water.
  4. Add Stevia to taste.
  5. Add Chia (optional for a great Omega 3 boost). Optional: "Oxylent" vitamin packets.
