Gardein's Ultimate Beefless Burger and Recipe

Ingredients For The BBQ Sauce
• 1 cup ketchup
• 2 garlic cloves, peeled & minced • 2 tbsp dark brown sugar • 2 tbsp maple syrup, dark amber • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (or vegan option) • 1 ½ tbsp Apple cider vinegar • 1 tsp smoked paprika • ¼ tsp black pepper, fresh ground • 1 dash liquid smoke

Add all ingredients to a small saucepot, stir well to combine and cook over medium low heat until the sauce thickens to desired consistency, approximately 20 minutes. Ingredients For The Marinated Grilled Chick’n Scallopini Sauce
• ⅓ cup olive oil (option to swap out with coconut oil to give a completely vegan option)
• ¼ cup fresh lime juice • 2 tblsp agave nectar • 4 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped • 1 serrano chile or jalapeno pepper, minced • 7 oz chipotle chili, in adobo • to taste pepper • ¼ tsp cornstarch • cilantro, minced
